We love helping you coordinate your wedding day, assisting you in creating the vision you have for your celebration. Our talented preferred vendors are all local business owners here on the island of Oahu who are passionate about their work. Jenn will work with you and our vendors to bring your dream to a reality.
Price includes up to 20 hours of pre-wedding services which include assistance with selection of:
- Photographer and photo package
- Caterer, menu planning, bar services, including setup and breakdown
- Officiant, wedding day arrangements (where you want to get married / conversation centers, etc),
- Floral arrangements for the archway, wedding, and reception
- Music before, during and after the ceremony
Plus 10-12 hours of on-site assistance and professional oversight the day of the wedding to ensure a smooth & seamless experience.
Any additional assistance/coordination over 28 hours will be billed at a rate of $40/hour.

We have vendors in every domain – officiants, caterers, bartenders, photographers, florists and musicians. We do not add any additional fees on to our vendor’s prices. And, you may also use your own vendors.
Tables, chairs, dishes, tablecloths, etc., to be rented. Pricing available upon request.
