Wedding Coordination

We love helping you coordinate your wedding day! We work in partnership with you and our Preferred Vendors to accomplish choosing and coordinating the following:

  • Photographer

  • Caterer & Bar Services

  • Officiant

  • Florist - Wedding, and Reception

  • Make-up / Hair

  • Music before, during and after the ceremony

  • Entertainment - Musicians / Hula / Firedancer

  • Site Set-up

  • On-site management for the full day of the wedding

  • Professional Oversight of the process to ensure a smooth and seamless experience

$1,200  

Any additional assistance/coordination over 28 hours will be billed at a rate of $40/hour.

We have vendors in every domain – officiants, caterers, bartenders, photographers, florists and musicians. We do not add any additional fees on to our vendor’s prices. You may also use your own vendors.

Tables, chairs, dishes, tablecloths, etc., to be rented. Pricing available upon request.
